1. Scope of Services*
The Firm agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of the Premium Subscription Service: Unlimited Brief Question Responses: Client may submit brief questions through the Client Portal and receive responses that are concise (1-2 sentences). If additional information is required for a complete response, the Firm will notify the Client via email and offer the option of scheduling a quarterly phone call. Quarterly Progress Report Calls: Up to four (4) phone calls per year (30 minutes each) to discuss the Client's child’s progress reports or additional concerns. Monthly Resource Emails: Monthly emails with curated resources to assist in the Client’s advocacy efforts. Monthly Virtual Trainings: Access to live monthly virtual training sessions led by special education attorney Nicole Hull.

2. Term of Agreement*
The minimum subscription term is six (6) months, commencing on the date of this Agreement. The subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party.

3. Payment and Fees*
The Client agrees to pay a fee of $99 per month for the duration of this Agreement. Payment will be automatically drafted every 30 days from the payment method provided by the Client upon enrollment. The Client agrees to ensure that sufficient funds are available for each auto draft. Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in suspension or termination of services as outlined in Section 7.

4. Client Portal Access Access to the Client Portal*
Client Portal Access Access to the Client Portal will be granted upon enrollment and activation of the subscription. The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and promptly notify the Firm if any unauthorized access is suspected.

5. Limitations and Exclusions*
Brief Question Limitation: Responses are limited to brief inquiries that do not require detailed legal research or comprehensive analysis. Additional Services: If the Client’s question or request requires services outside the scope outlined above, such as case-specific legal representation or comprehensive consultations, the Client will be informed, and a separate retainer agreement may be required. No Guarantee of Results: The Firm does not guarantee specific outcomes as a result of the subscription services provided.
