BRANCH MANAGER:
Job description:
The Branch Manager is responsible for all day-to-day obligations of running the park. They will be accountable for all facets of what makes the park run. This includes key functions, such as managing the customer experience, strategic planning and development, monitoring health and safety, handling staff reviews and maintaining rental equipment.
Responsibilities:
-Work directly with the Owner to implement and execute all strategies, systems and procedures
-Recruit, hire, train, schedule and coach a quality core staff
-Handle and resolve all escalated customer issues.
-Assist to create, document, and implement best practices for all aspects of the park.
-Manage and maintain all POS database needs, reports and other admin functions as required
