This evidence-based 4 event series, starting on October 6 at 1 - 2 PM, explores the emerging science of longevity—what it means to live not just longer but healthier. Core themes include dietary intervention, stress management, sleep, exercise, community, and environmental toxin exposure.

The four sessions will include topics of:
  • Oct. 6: Health span vs. Lifespan

  • Oct. 13: Food as Medicine

  • Oct. 20: Sleep, Stress & the Nervous System

  • Oct. 27: Move, Connect, Detoxify
This series is led by Elizabeth Greenfield, who has nearly 25 years of clinical experience, functional medicine certification, and a documented biological age reversal of her own.
