This fall, the PJCC Art Gallery is featuring the thought-provoking multimedia art of Chama Mechtaly, a Moroccan-born artist, founder, cultural strategist, and peacebuilder whose work exists at the intersection of art, identity, and policy. Inspired by the Jewish concept of tikkun olam (repairing the world), Chama's work explores peaceful relations between the Muslim and Jewish communities in the Middle East.
We're incredibly fortunate to have Chama spend November 4-6 at PJCC. This is a unique opportunity to engage with her art on a deeper level and learn about her inspiring journey.
