Aloha,

I ran the numbers this week. They weren't pretty.
My weekly content pipeline—livestream, YouTube repurposing, Sunday Briefing email, SM posts and blog articles—was taking at least an average of 20 hours. With 36 editions of the Sunday Briefing this year, that's about 720 hours. That's 18 full-time work weeks. It produced zero income from promos, and my book is still unfinished.
Hurricane Lulu, shook me up, in a good way, I'm still recovering. The intensity blew hard to reveal that my comfort zones need redefining. I can't keep spending my best hours feeding platforms that don't feed me back.
Don't get me wrong, writing the weekly Sunday Briefings has given me the opportunity to compose my very best content, The Warrior Report, the Field Signal, The Triple V and Warrior protocols, and the message from the 'Aina living off grid in Hawaii. I hope that I have served you well for what is to come.
So I'm making a change.
Starting now, I'm going dark on social media and pausing the Sunday Briefings until the book is done.
What this means:
· No more livestreams, YouTube repurposing, or weekly SM posts, maybe blog gets edited.
· Email goes quiet except for book updates
· Social media slavery: unshackled. I won't see DMs or comments
· The book is the priority
I have 10 rules to finish. Rule #1 is write first. Rule #10 is finish.
We're in critical times. This book—High Altitude Hiking the Hawaiian Maunas: From Corporate Burnout to Cosmic Clarity—is my work right now. It's about biological sovereignty, the Maunas, and what happens when you stop performing and start paying attention. It's 43 years in the making.
It's time to finish it.

The first chapter—"A Lucid Dream That Changed Everything"—opens on that Piper plane above Hilo Bay in 1997. The engine stopped. The volcano didn't. It ends with a decision that changed everything.

You can also take the optional 5-question "Which Act Are You In?" quiz. It locates you on the mountain and names the acts and chapters written for exactly where you are.
Thank you to the 250, or so, of you who open these emails. I see you. I need to regroup, recover, and finish.
And I've delivered the best health advice I know in each episode. Practical, simple, and free.
I'll be back when the draft is done.
Do no harm so love can blossom.
